Bessie

I went out a few weeks ago to snap pictures of fall colors, and Bessie, our five month old calf, came over to investigate. First, she tried to eat my camera strap...

Failing that, and disgusted by my failure to pet her or feed her, she paused for a moment in thought...
... and apparently decided to begin training for a racing career.

I would recommend a jockey from my 10 years in Kentucky (8 of which I lived one block north and east of Churchill Downs). However, seeing as you have 5 aspiring equestrians (edit: bovinarians) in the household, I will keep my advice to myself.

:)

(That really is quit a picture -- the race career training photo.)

The last picture is precisly how we always see our cows. They are terrified of us. Instead of letting them eat our camera straps we eat them. So I suppose it is no wonder. :-D

...Ohhhh. Chocolate AND socks!

Yes, the period (instead of the proper comma) makes it look like chocolate socks.
