We lost our power for fifteen days. I sure wish it hadn't been so long. We had to clean up like they did along time ago with a cup and wash cloth. We even had to heat the water to clean with on our gas stove. At least our generator was able to run the blowers on our wood burning furnace and run the gas oven, so we could cook. The worst thing was we couldn't do laundry, so we had to wear the same outer clothes for days. We did have the national guard come by to make sure we wear okay in a real army vehicle. Actually, we had two groups stop by, because they both some how got the same map. One of the army men had even been to a meeting my Dad spoke at. I did post some pictures on my blog of the damage to our property. It was devastating to see trees we wanted be ruined so badly, that they have to be cut down.
How you attained the an age of two hundred and fifty years is beyond me. Even when you can't use the pronoun single anymore, I don't see where that old age came from.

Yeah, we had exactly the same thing. Lost it on Saturday gained it the next Saturday.
